Eduardo Osegueda

General Manager

Eduardo was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He is happily married to Diana and has two children.

An industrial engineer by profession, he joined a plastics manufacturing company as a quality supervisor, rising to quality manager and then production manager over a period of 5 years.

In 2014, Eduardo joined 3C Group to lead the implementation of ERP (HANSAWORLD), at the same time he was in charge of the distribution and logistics area at Proconsumo.

He was then transferred to the Roatan 1 and Bosques Tropicales projects simultaneously for cost control, taking over the management of the agricultural company.

Milton Montiel

General Manager

Pharmacist by profession. He was born in Chinandega, Nicaragua, is married and is the father of a son.

His career with the 3C Group is an example of full growth. He started at FarmaValue in 2015 as Pharmaceutical Manager and in just three months he was promoted to Administrative Assistant. Two months later he would get his second promotion, this time as Junior Administrative Manager.

He held this position for a year and a half at the branch in the city of León until he was again promoted to Area Manager. In 2020, he took over as Country Manager in Nicaragua, a position he holds to this day.

Milton feels very happy and grateful to 3C Group because they have believed in his ability and with God for taking him by the hand in every step he has taken in the organization.

Rodrigo Aguilar

Regional Legal Manager

Graduated from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey with a law degree. Married with two children, collaborator since 2016 in the Legal Department of 3C Group.

Fabrizio Asole

General Manager

Fabrizio was born in Italy, where he graduated in Electronic Engineering. Shortly after finishing his degree, he discovered that he did not love microwaves so much as business and management.

He worked in France and Italy mainly in the fields of Business Intelligence and Business Processing Outsourcing, in companies such as Airbus, BNP Paribas and MOL Group.

In 2011 he decided to take on a new challenge and joined 3C Group. After a few months of training in Honduras, he took over the only pharmacy in Costa Rica and developed the business from there to reach 200 million dollars in sales in 6 years.

Starting in 2020, he took on the challenge of developing the pharmacy chain in Mexico, a market twice as large as all of Central America combined.

Massimo Mazzone

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Massimo is an Italian citizen married to a Honduran woman and father of four children. After graduating in business administration, he was drafted into the Italian army and had to complete 15 months as a second lieutenant.

A year into his professional career, Massimo found a job at Boston Consulting Group, which he considers his true alma mater.

After 12 years working in the Milan, Chicago and Monterrey offices, Massimo left the company to join PuntoCom Holding as head of operations in Mexico.

After having spent $30 million in one year without any appreciable results, Massimo and his colleagues were swept up in the dot-com bubble burst. They decided to liquidate the company and return the little money they had rescued to shareholders.

Out of work, in 2000, he accepted Motorola’s offer to move to Honduras to operate Celtel, at the time the only mobile phone operator in the country. The company was sold 6 months later and the new owner promptly fired him.

Sick and tired of being (in his opinion) serially mistreated and fired by inept corporate henchmen, Massimo decided to start 3C Group in 2001. He lived happily ever since.

Alex Martínez

General Manager

Born and raised in southern Honduras, he moved to Tegucigalpa to complete his studies at the Catholic University. After a brief stint with a mobile phone company, he joined Grupo 3C in 2003.

At 3C he started at the bottom as a cashier in the first Farmacias del Ahorro shop. He then spent a few months as assistant manager of the shop until he was put in charge of opening and managing the 4th shop of the chain, in Choluteca.

A couple of years later, he became the chain’s Operations Manager and in the following years opened around 40 shops, in the process restructuring the organisation to cope with growth.

In 2017, Alex took over Proconsumo, the consumer goods and pharmaceuticals wholesaler of Grupo 3C. In 2018, he returned to retail to manage the post-merger integration of the 80 pharmacies of Apomedix Guatemala (formerly Farmacias Similares).

Now he has returned with Adiuvo to develop the 3C Group’s own brand throughout the region.

Angélica Donaire

General Manager

Angélica studied Industrial and Systems Engineering at UNITEC University in Tegucigalpa, where she later obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

She joined Farmacia del Ahorro in 2011, starting as an Assistant Manager in a pharmacy on an accelerated career programme. After managing her own pharmacy for a few months, she was promoted to Area Manager, with responsibility for nine pharmacies and reporting directly to the General Manager.

In 2013 she was offered the opportunity to move to the marketing department of Proconsumo. After a period as brand manager for Procter & Gamble lines, she was promoted to marketing manager, with responsibility for all brand managers in the company.

In 2016 she returned to pharmaceutical retail, this time as head of all operations for two of 3C Group’s three retail brands in Honduras.

Guillermo Aguilar

Executive Director

Guillermo is a Mexican citizen married to Bárbara. They have three children.

He graduated from ITESM in Monterrey with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from IPADE.

Guillermo held various management positions in companies related to the construction industry in Mexico such as Vitro (flat glass), Cemex (cement) and Madisa (construction equipment distributor).

He joined 3C Group in 2007.

José Carlos Ruíz

General Manager

José Carlos was born in Mérida, Yucatán. Today he is happily married to Maritza and is the father of three children.

With a degree in Human Resources Administration, José Carlos began his career in the 3C Group as a human resources assistant at COIMSA.

Gradually, he was presented with opportunities to grow within the same business, where he worked his way up through almost every position until he became a branch manager.

In 2015, José Carlos came to Honduras to join the RIDE team in the construction branch, where he again had to learn things that were totally different from the businesses in which he had worked.

José Luis Fajardo

General Manager

Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, he is married to Ana Patricia and has two beautiful children.

As a professional in business administration, he joined Farmacias del Ahorro in 2005, when he was just 21 years old.

He started in the customer service position and within 3 months was promoted to Administrative Assistant.

After 6 months, he was promoted to Junior Administrative Manager, in the City of Puerto Cortes (Northern Zone) in Honduras. A couple of years later, he was promoted to the next level, Area Manager, a position that demanded more responsibilities and commitments.

In 2012, the door was opened for him to become Country Manager in El Salvador, a position he holds to date.

Juan Pablo Rodríguez

Regional Operations Manager

Juan Pablo is a Costa Rican economist and Master in Finance.

After obtaining his master’s degree, Juan Pablo joined Mesoamerica, a regional firm focused on private equity investments, where he collaborated with investment banking and strategic consulting processes. Juan Pablo spent a large part of his professional career there.

After his time at Mesoamerica and, subsequently, at McKinsey & Company, Juan Pablo went on to work independently, supporting local groups in business transformation and digital transformation challenges.

In mid-2019, Juan Pablo came into contact with 3C Group. There, a relationship was born that led him to take over as Country Manager of FarmaValue Costa Rica as of March 2020 and as Regional Operations Director for the Group as of November 2021.

Lito Castillo

General Manager

Known as Lito. He is Honduran and is happily married to Michelle, with whom they have three children.

Lito graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in advertising and business entrepreneurship in 2005 and returned to Honduras. Before joining 3C Group he sold everything from Honduran cigars to Harley-Davidson motorbikes and rambutan.

After graduating he started a small chain of shops selling Honduran cigars, which later grew to include bars and restaurants, and managed the family Harley-Davidson dealership in Honduras. After selling the cigar business he moved to Guatemala to work for a company dedicated to the production and export of exotic fruit.

Looking for a way back home he joined Proconsumo in 2017 as business development manager and his first launch turned out to be a total failure. But Lito bounced back, became commercial director and brand and marketing manager (sometimes simultaneously) and since 2019 was promoted to general manager, being responsible for both divisions of the company: Mass consumption products and pharmaceuticals.

Luis Arita

Regional IT Manager

Luis is Honduran, happily married and the proud father of a medical student and a little boy.

Luis started programming at an early age and, at the age of 15, he started doing it professionally. Today he has more than 20 years of experience providing differentiated technological solutions to private, public and international organizations.

Prior to working with 3C Group, he worked at the United Nations as a project leader; at UNITEC as a university lecturer in 8 different subjects, and in several organizations as a consultant in different technology-oriented fields.

He has been involved with 3C Group since 2005, first as a consultant and then in his current role as CTO. From here, Luis drives the innovation and growth strategy of the company’s technological solutions and ensures their efficiency.

Marvin Umaña

General Manager

Marvin was born in Costa Rica in 1988. He grew up in the southern suburbs, but currently lives in Cartago, where he spends most of his free time with his family.

Although he comes from a low-income family, he got ahead and managed to graduate from the University of Costa Rica with a degree in Business Administration in 2012. That same year, he decided to apply for a position at FarmaValue and has been part of the group ever since.

During this time, the learning and growth has been extraordinary. He arrived as a kid with no experience, when the company was selling $25,000 a month, and today, almost 10 years later, he is the Country Manager.

What he likes most about being part of FarmaValue is knowing that its management allows the entire Costa Rican population to have access to low-cost medicines and, with that goal in mind, he seeks to continue providing access to all people so that they have a FarmaValue near them, where they can save money while taking care of their health.

Meiby García

General Manager

Meiby is a Honduran mother of two beautiful girls.

An industrial engineer by profession, she began her career in the distribution and logistics area of a bottled water company in Honduras.

Later, while working in AVON logistics, he met Guillermo Aguilar, General Manager of Grupo 3C, who with the phrase “it will never be boring, it will always be a challenge” proposed him to join the Proconsumo team; a proposal so challenging that it was inevitable to accept.

For seven years he has served as Head of Distribution, Operations Manager, Commercial Manager, among other functions, understanding that there is nothing boring when you put on the Proconsumo shirt.

In 2019 he was offered the position of General Manager of CADMUS ACADEMIES, which he has held until now.

Pablo García

General Accountant

Pablo is Honduran and lives in Tegucigalpa. He is married and has 3 daughters; one 11 years old, one 5 years old and one in heaven 5 years ago. He enjoys family time and attending the Catholic Church.

Pablo has been with 3C Group since 2008, when he started as Assistant General Accountant. Today he is the Group’s General Accountant, always eager to contribute the best of himself.

Ronald Pavón

Regional Finance Manager

Ronald is a Honduran, husband of Marcela, father of 4 children; Ronald, Sofía, Carlos and Raúl and a graduate in finance.

For 19 years he worked for the Honduran private banking sector in institutions with a presence in the Central American and Caribbean region, working in operational positions and managing business units related to electronic payment methods.

At the end of June 2018, he joined Grupo 3C in Honduras and in January 2019 he took over as General Manager of FarmaValue in the Dominican Republic.

Suyapa Sánchez

Chief Financial Officer

Honduran and industrial engineer. She recently completed her studies in finance at INCAE.

She took his first steps in the world of work at the age of 22, evaluating Human Resources processes for a bank.

In 2015 she came to Proconsumo looking for quick growth opportunities and challenges that were important. She started in the administrative area, where she had to learn accounting and finance from scratch.

Two years later, she took on the challenge of implementing the SAP system in less than three months, which she overcame and, five years later, SAP has become the backbone of Proconsumo’s operations.

In January 2018 he took up his position as CFO, which he has held to date. During that time he has managed to improve administrative processes through systems such as the Processmaker implemented in 2020 in the wake of the pandemic.

Vicente Oliva

General Manager

Vicente was born in Trojes, eastern Honduras, in 1983 as the youngest of seven siblings. Today he is happily married to Eybi and is the father of three children.

He studied accounting and began his professional career as an accounting administrator in a national development project for micro-enterprises in southern Honduras; he then worked as an administrator of an agricultural shop in his hometown, selling agricultural and veterinary supplies.

In 2007, he began his career at Grupo 3C, alternating functions between the systems department and the sales department in the pharmacies. A year and a half later, he was appointed branch manager in the city of Danlí.

In 2018, he was promoted to Country Manager for FarmaValue Nicaragua, doubling sales in two years and positioning the company in first place in the country. Two years later, and until today, he went on to develop FarmaValue in Guatemala.

Yadira Aguilera

Operations Manager

Yadira is Honduran and has a degree in Business Administration.

Her first work experience was in banking, then in a transnational drugstore and later in a national drugstore, always on the administrative side.

In 2017, Yadira joined Droguería Proconsumo on a project to implement operating systems. At the end of the same year, she joined Análisis Clínicos del Ahorro when it was just starting operations.

She is currently in charge of operations at Análisis Clínicos del Ahorro, where she works every day to innovate and, in this way, provide a better service to her clients with more specialised clinical examinations.
